At your first visit to our office, Dr. Farley will do an orthodontic evaluation at no charge and discuss you or your child's orthodontic needs.  If the patient is ready for treatment, the next appointment would be scheduled to do diagnostic work-up, or records.  After this appointment has been completed, you or your child will be appointed for the orthodontic conference and at that appointment the braces or appliance would be placed.  These appointments range from thirty minutes to an hour and one-half.  Due to the length of these appointments, we ask that the patient come at an earlier time during the day.  

After the braces or appliance is placed, the patient returns for regular adjustments every four to six weeks.  Regular appointments are fifteen minutes and can usually be scheduled after school hours.  These adjustments usually consist of wire changes, and replacing the ties that come in a variety of colors to make the braces more fun to wear.

We offer several payment options for your convenience.  If you have any questions, feel free to ask us.  We will be happy to help you.

• Dr. Farley offers a discount of 5% for payment in full if paid before or at the time the braces or appliances are placed.
  
  

• 30% of the total charge is the down payment due at the placement of the braces.  The remaining balance would be paid in monthly installments.  No interest will be charged if paid on the date set up.
  
  

• Our office also offers a payment option with Springstone patient finance at www.springstoneplan.com, which will allow you to begin treatment with no down payment, low monthly payments and a low fixed interest rate.  You simply call the toll-free number for fast, confidential services.
